Monitor, follow up and ensure the all Rail Systems disciplines and related system engineering delivered in time and with the required quality in accordance with the Contract requirements and all applicable international standards and best practices. This includes design management, construction management, procurement, manufacturing, testing & commissioning management and defect liability management.
Project management of special airport systems and extra voltage systems and responsible towards the project deliverables in close coordination with engineering, procurement, planning and operation departments in terms of time, quality and cost.
