Having responsibility and duty such as:
• Reporting directly to the Vice Present about the daily operations activities
• Managing the operation tasks and reporting each task individually on a daily / weekly basis
• Drawing strategic plans / business strategies
• Identifying the operation needs and priorities
• Monitoring and reporting the contractor's progress
• Meeting with seniors / site team and site inspection (if needed)
• Identifying / highlighting the performance gaps
• Conducting meeting with the top management and the VP
• Following up and arranging business meetings with the major / targeted companies, facility providers about the operation expansion
• Stuffing activities and employee’s relocation, manpower planning
• Recruitment & hiring, selection & interview
• Market & competition research / presentations (if needed)
• Coordinating with the international exhibition center for the seasonal conferences / exhibitions
Having responsibility and duty such as
• Supervising & organizing work schedules, daily tasks as per quality assurance
• Managing work load and employees turnover
• Section assignments and projects (up-on the arrival of any new device / item)
• Section Inspection, including the each item to be validated / up-dated as per quality assurance yellow pages
• Documentation, archive up-dating & auditing as per quality assurance requirements - yellow pages
• Quality assurance management
• Reporting directly to (top senior - management)
• Planning, training & development for the group members (junior staff)
• As a team leader, conducting meetings with junior group members and senior staff about HSE (Health, Safety, & Environment) issues, in / out side of the section
• Training staff for HSE (if needed)
• Recruitment selections - attending interviews
• Administrative / office work
• Employee’s (staffing) activities and employee’s relation issues such as staff annual leave and work coverage / overtime
Main responsibility and duty includes mainly administrative activities, developing and implementing special assignments in the ministry's system for the required tasks, reports and checking the accuracy of the results, and the section's documents as well. In addition, validating and checking the data / information for the members of the section, out side patients, and monitoring the daily results at the lab section.
