Performing procurement functions using SAP ERP system
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Perform buying duties when necessary.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.
- Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy.
- Approve bills for payment.
- Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
- Monitor contract performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary.
- Prepare invitation-of-bid forms, and mail forms to supplier firms or distribute forms for public posting.

Responsible for Master Data Management (MDM):
- Managing the material master data: The material master data allow the user to manage and store all the information describing the provision of materials, such as creation, adjustment, display and block of purchase.
- Managing the services master data: The service master data allow the user to manage and store all information describing the provision of services, such as creation, change, display and block a service master data.
- Managing the vendor master data: The vendor master data allow the user to manage and store all information describing the provision of vendors, such as creation, adjustment, display and freeze of vendors.
RAMCO ERP System (The old System on UNRWA)
Project Activity:
- Prepared and presented all the reports such as (Quarterly report, Annual report, Overdue POs, UNOPS, DIFOTIS, Lead time).
- Cleanse and standardize material items descriptions' policies and codes.
- Cleanse and standardize fixed asset items descriptions' and codes.
- Link of material groups to vendor codes.
- Link material items descriptions' to the appropriate material groups and types.
- IT Administrator, Finance Assistant, and Clerk at the Embassy and Permanent Mission to the United Nations and other International Organizations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Vienna. Responsible for maintaining Servers, PCs, Networks, and official website of the Embassy, such as adding domain users, creating user’s emails and configuring them on user’s PCs, computer maintenance (HW/SW), define access cards for employees on a special system.
