• Managing daily job orders, task assigning, and scheduling of the project
• Day-to-day completion of tasks and reporting to the Project Manager
• Managing manpower & resources for smooth execution of works at site
• Conducting Site surveys, attending client meetings & responding to client
observations related to works execution & maintenance related issues
• Maintaining a sound working environment by strictly adhering to company HSE
policy
• Preparing material take off sheets and cording with procurement team for work
orders & quotations
• Managing for the O&M Manuals for MEP equipment maintenance works
• Working on the red line markups and as built drawings for the works executed at
site and seeking for the client approval
• Scheduling Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Scheduled Predictive
Maintenance (SPM)
Installation, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of:
• 10 MVA Backup Generator (Kohler)
• 25MVA Transformers
• ATS PANELS
• RMU (Ring Main Unit)
• HV Panels & protection (2 Incomers)
• Trane & Petra Chillers
• 17 Elevators Schindler (1000KG)
• Laundry Washing Equipment
• Bio Medical Equipment
• BMS (Building Management System)
• Motors, starters, VFDs
