Joined as Regional sales & marketing manager with the leading fmcg company to attain the market share and generate new business opportunities in the Middle East and African market, Implements new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product launches, meeting with accounts and closing deals, improving the repeated and assigning guidelines to the sales team, delivering excellent brand marketing execution in a complex, attending the exhibitions and introducing our products to new market targets, executing Innovative projects to drive sales and profit growth
Hired as sales and marketing manager for 3 properties in (Lebanon, Jordan and Dubai) with a team of 3 members within 2.5 Million Dirhams budget. I was responsible for communicating with the managers of each property to increase the occupancy (B2B, B2C) through penetrating new markets, executing cold calls and sales calls, closing deals and ensuring efficient team performance.
The marketing and advertising part consisted of developing a marketing plan and launching an effective advertising campaign, creating various packages for all market targets, handling social media, representing the company at the exhibitions and trade shows.
Recruited to increase the efficiency of the work flow and achieve the sales target of department, managing and training a team of 11 members to use cross selling and upselling techniques and achieve their target, handling customer feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting with the suppliers and discussing the target, ordering the store shipments, ensuring proper display for the products on the floor and maintaining a healthy stock Rotation.
