Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve organizational targets and revenues.

Accelerate Regional performance on monthly basis by insuring flawless execution at distributor level.
Deliver monthly sales targets for the region in line with NP country target.
Focus on priority channels and systematically map the potential customers in those channels.
Supervise regional NP distributors and business partners to provide high level of services and distribution coverage.
Generate leads for new accounts to be covered by appointed distributors.
Maintain direct customers visits
Regular visits for Direct Accounts & Key Accounts customers.
Insure market coverage thru distributors by following coverage KPIs.
Insure execution of planned activity calendar in line with OMP.
Manage and lead sales team and the ones of the appointed distributor to systematically cover the channel outlet list (i.e. number of outlets covered, sales achievement vs. plan, route-planning).
Monitor Sales Representative Daily route plan.
Daily alignment & follow up with the Technical & Delivery team for excellent after sales service.
Develop the Food & Beverages Categories expertise and feed the Sales team the tools/knowledge to be effective in their identified priority channel / customers.
Develop the capabilities of distributor’s sales team by daily coaching, training, rout plans, market visits and insights in line with NP business strategies.
Handle sales activities for the company in its new office in Riyadh
Establish company relations with customers and partners
Respond to tenders and RFPs and conduct company profile presentations and offerings reviews
Identify current and future needs of potential customers that are related to company services
Generate and maintain a credible forecast for Key Accounts and report this information on regular basis to the business development manager
Update sales information on CRM system
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Door to door visits to the commercial small business companies (2008 - 2009)
Accurately creates request for all quotes, providing complete information for accuracy of estimate and submits to Store Manager for completion
Works closely with store manager, Product managers and other appropriate shop personnel
Update Sales Clients, Quotations, installation and any other issue related to Sales on JD Edward system
Join any gallery, event or training which assigned to me inside and outside the Kingdom
Follow up with potential clients specially the ones who started an advertising campaigns
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business
Establishing company relations with customers and partners
Create RFP’s
Create a weekly sales report
Follow up on collection with direct customers
Gather customer software requirements and develop related software applications and programs
Research and evaluate software related technologies and products
Develop and write high quality coding that meets customer requirements
Design, develop and implement critical applications in php environment
