1- 5 Star Hotel in Downtown Burj Khalifah area consisting of 3 B+G+1 M+21+2 R, it contains 278 rooms with royal suites, all day dinning, specialty restaurant, roof top restaurant, swimming pool, Gym, meeting rooms, ..etc.
Very prestigious finishes and state of the art technologies.

2- 20 Highly Luxurious Villas at Jumierah Golf Estates Consisting of B + G + 2
each villa has 6 bedrooms including 1 Suite at second floor in addition to 9 Bathrooms, Driver Room, Maids Room, Swimming Pool, Huge Landscaped Area, Elevator, Dump Waiter, Cinema Room, Huge Garage, and operated by latest technology of Home Automation systems and all of them are overlooking the golf course.

Project Value: 285, 000, 000 AED.

Working as Construction/Engineering Manager at ADNOC New Medical Center in Khalidiyah Area in Abu Dhabi.
Total Project Value AED 288m. and it comprises of main medical Center of two basements and 3 storeys above ground with a total square area of 10, 000 m2 in addition to ancillary buildings (HSE Lab., Drivers accommodation, and Power Substation) with road and soft and hard landscaping.
Responsible for site team in addition to engineering review of technical submissions and shop drawings.

Working as construction manager in various building projects in Abu Dhabi responsible for all civil works, from excavation & piling to concreting finishing and hand over of projects, planning and material procurement.

Working As Senior Estimation Engineer for small to medium sized projects, preparing take offs, cost estimation, tenders preparation and submitting, in addition to contracts shaping and phrasing with both clients and subcontractors, preparing Variation orders and EOT's, ...etc.

Construction Manager in various projects (medium rise buildings Cast insitu and precast works), incharge of all civil works from excavation and piling to handover of projects at Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
