Hasan Liswi

Since joining Hammouri & Partners in 2022 as a Trainee Lawyer, I
have gained substantial experience in various areas of law. In 2025, I
was promoted to Junior Associate, where I now assist clients with
company formation, shareholder agreements, and compliance with
both local and international regulations. Additionally, I provide legal
consultations in both Arabic and English, ensuring that clients receive
tailored and practical solutions to their legal challenges. My work has
also involved advising public shareholding companies on several
multinational projects, including reviewing contracts and guiding
clients through licensing and registration processes. Through these
experiences, I have developed a solid foundation in corporate law
while continuing to expand my expertise in various legal areas.

Throughout my training year, I have been assigned at the
Corporate/Commercial department, which has expanded my legal
knowledge in matters relating to companies, commercial contracts, M&As
and agreements. I have also expanded my practice in drafting legal
consultancies for major Public shareholding Companies and International
Corporates.

During my internship at the Andersen law firm for two months, I have been
assigned to work at the corporate commercial department, and I have done
many legal duties and tasks, which increased my practical skills and enriched
my legal information.
