- Recruitment, employee training, development of work plan and dealing with Government authorities.
- HR: Follow up the attendance specialist, payroll, Overtime, penalties, absences, sick leave, and vacations - Annual and Semi -Annual Reviews - Training - Recruitment
- Follow up on the work of the insurance (Form 1, 2, 6, 4) and traffic specialist.
- Service: Follow up the work of the service staff (distribute them to their workplaces, follow up on daily work reports from supervisors, Complaints, Provide cleaning & hygiene tools)
- Security: Follow -up to security work, distribute them to their workplaces, organize work shifts, follow up on daily work reports, develop their action plan, supervise and solve problems (Reports of visitors, entry and exit of goods - cars - contractors, equipment and periodic traffic within administrative buildings - production - stores, accidents and daily status)
- Auto Fleet: Follow -up of the movement and maintenance of cars and drivers in the factory, preparing data, solving problems and organizing their work and tracks.
- Follow up on the external transport cars contractor.
- Occupational Safety and Health: Follow -up of the safety and health specialist : preparing periodic statistics, inspection of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, generators, his dealings with the Health Office and the Civil Defence Authority.
- Discussing the conditions for the periodic maintenance contract for warning and fire devices, fire-fighter's pumps, and following up the implementation of the terms of the contract and monthly maintenance.
- Follow -up secretarial, reception, methods of communication, dealing with other departments, and communicating with the others companies
- Industrial waste: Concluding and terminating waste transport contracts, discussing the offers of waste transport contractors and organizing transporting industrial and metal waste
- Restaurant and cafeterias: Discussing the offers of meal service providers for employees, following up and monitoring daily employee satisfaction, preparing data and meals accounts and setting a plan to provide meals, drinks and places where they are served.
- Investigations: Conduct internal investigations with all departments and sign off on the appropriate administrative penalties.
- Uniforms: Communicate with contractors to provide uniforms for employees.
- Maintenance: Follow up on maintenance work for administrative, production, and warehouse buildings.
- Annual inventory of appliances, furniture and replacement operations.
