7. Organize control on constructions for design conformity, quality, cost, time and safety of the process. Adjust the variances as it is identified.
8. Maintain a financial portfolio for financial outlay of all projects and monitor individual and portfolio return and risk to adjust activities level.
9. Arrange marketing activities through appropriate product communication, exploration of brand Image to maximum and unique customer relations management.
10. Monitor performance of sales activities with special care on aging inventory and receivables.

As routine he regularly trains his troops and maintain armaments for battle worthiness at any moment.

• Participated in UN Peace Keeping Force UNAMSIL at Sierra Leone, Africa.

• Kept continuous battle worthiness of armaments by effective maintenance.
