- Sharing in management planing with the consultant in charge
- Sharing daily morning meeting and grand rounds with the concerned consultants
- Interference with any emergency till the consultant is available if needed
- Supervising jonior residents work
- Supervising nurses work
- Attending monthly mortality and morbidity meetings
- Responsible for transfere of critical patients when needed to other centers
- Attendence of any code blue all over the hospital during duty hours
