Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
• Coordinate with CMW Engineers for Document Submittals & Approvals
• Determine the organizational structure of the project team.
• Identify roles and services to be provided by external sub-contractors
• Coordinating activities across different organizational functions.
• Checking project progress toward meeting its objectives.
• Monitoring project progress and performance.
• Reporting the Project Status & progress to the top team.
• Recording and managing projects issues and escalating where necessary
• Resolving Cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
• Managing project training within the defined budget.
