• Analyze, monitor & co-ordinate all marketing operations at country level

• Achieved more than 40% growth in all product sales in the area by horizontally expanding the dealer network
• Supervised all company warehouses in the area of responsibility. Monitoring Warehouse Team’s weekly activities,

• Liaison with banks, company’s finance, Agri-Services and planning department with regards to forecasting/reporting
• Designed dealer volume allocation & KPI strategies to achieve targeted sales
• Planned and executed farmer mega-meetings at district level on monthly basis with Agri-Services
• Preparation of monthly staff and dealer targets, monitoring their performances against defined KPIs and disbursement of
incentives based on their achievement
• Managed CRM campaigns with marketing and communication department to establish stronger hold in UK/EU market

• Lead marketing project for non-fizzy drinks in collaboration with national sales, marketing and, distribution teams. Made
local brand strategies to promote sales.
• Executed glass bottle return mechanism and formulated improvised guidelines for Gujranwala region, resulting in
restoration of glass bottle business, which was then implemented countrywide
