Projects Responsibilities
- Identify projects charters
- Create action plans, schedules and risk analysis
- Manage projects’ budgets and financial reports
- Map market needs and Stakeholders inputs
- Manage the acquiring and contracts of project resources and train project staff
- Generate QA/QC tools tailored to project needs
- Manage communications with private/public Governmental actors, Donors and Enterprises

- Planned and Executed 7 Job Forums gathering more than 200 companies and 10, 000 attendees in Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco
- Managed 4 projects from Initiation till Closing in Business Development and Education fields
- Created an Exhibition and Events methodology and trained my successors on it.
