- Meeting potential & existing clients as well as vendors
- Initiate & maintain successfully online selling of products & services
- Draft time schedules for operations and coordinate with team members to ensure most accurate planning
- Train staff and management on “Importance of Health, Safety & Environment regulations and ways to follow them”
- Maintain all stages of HRM process, recruitment, selection, arrange interview, maintain logs, prepare official letters, resignations, EOSB, etc.
Report directly to the Sr. Projects Manager
- Plan projects in accordance with resources available & client requirements
- Coordinate all communication with client for all on-going & prospect projects and follow-up regularly
- Follow-up with Site Managers whether project is being followed as planned
- Prepare in coordination with team members a joint resources - operational plan for work-force, material & cash flow as per projects progress
Report directly to Project Manager & Head of Operations
- Site supervision including arranging & maintaining sub-contracted workforce to complete job on scheduled time provided by client
- Working closely in coordination with the consultant to ensure timely handover and minimal rejections
- Maintaining procurement & storage of material for upcoming site work
- Drafting & editing electrical control, plumbing & duct drawings on AutoCAD
Examining the marketing tools being used and then improving existing ones and implementing absent tools.
Activities:
- Study existing processes, research on more efficient & effective processes & implement them.
- Convince management for the importance of online presence on different B2B portals as well as a separate website, design & maintain presence.
- Drafting structural design drawings on AutoCAD 2013 to improve company image
Rotatory job, with technician, site engineer, designer, accountant, operations manager, finance manager, marketing manager & human resources manager
Activities:
- Develop & improve existing filing system for office
- Support managers in their daily activities such as:
o Preparing BOQs, engineering calculations, etc.
o Preparing quotations, inquiries, purchase orders, etc.
o Preparing invoices, handling cash transactions, etc.
o Preparing financial reports & analysis graphs
o Site inspections
