Record the accounting flow of transactions, preparing journal entries, managing balance sheet schedules, preparing financial statements and administration of Accounts Payable. \nLiaising with distributors for pricing issues with SKUs, covering up the reconciliations, gearing up the backlog in stocks, solving issues relating to acceptance of stocks, fruitful coordination between customer care team and distribution team for the efficient administration of operations. \nMonthly closing of books of accounts ensuring all income and expense are properly recorded including the provisions. \nDraw up Divisional Schedules for Balance Sheet, Divisional Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement to be shared with superiors. \nReviews of Balance Sheet Lines, Cash Flow spend on A&P, highlighting variances vs budget/trend and reporting the reasons for the same. \nCash Flow Management, Forecasting Cash Flows / WC requirements, reporting the deviations with the budgets, reporting the trends. \nQuarterly reporting of the Financial Statements in SAP Consolidation Pack Magnitude as per GBU reporting norms. \nInternal Quarterly reporting of YTD Financials highlighting the growth vis-à-vis previous quarter, previous YTD, % change for the overall business unit. \nDraw up general leger/sub-ledger reconciliations and account justifications within requested deadlines, ensuring that fiscal period closing has been taken into account appropriately. \nArrange for the Statutory Audit as per the declared norms of the Group and liaise with the auditors for successful completion of Audit Procedures. \nCheck that Group accounting procedures and standards are properly used and applied within the entity. \nAdvised and worked in co-ordination with the business heads in matters related to operations as well as strategy.
A relative study on the client’s present and proposed business and consequently preparing Information Memorandum and Detailed Project Report as per the Investment decisions. \n Research on benchmarks of various industries as per the Proposals and analyzing the output with the Standards. \n Preparing Financial Statements/Projections, CMA Report, Cash Flow Statement for Project Financing Proposals. \n Analysis of the Projected Financials with the market standards and carrying out feasibility studies on the same. \n Carrying out the Break Even Analysis and Sensitivity Analysis of the project and its impact on the projected financials. \n Liaising with Bankers for Sanctions/Documentation/Compliances, etc. for successful closure of the deal. \n Provide support to the team member on other Advisory services such as Business Valuation, Financial Modelling, etc.
