Costing:-
Mahr Tannery Unit is the subsidiary company in the eminent Mahr Group in Sialkot. Tannery Unit is engaged in the production and supply of various leather materials from different raw stuffs such as Buff, Cow, Sheep and Goat.
My responsibilities are:-
Chemical Mechanical Costing for Raw, Wet Blue, Crust, Dye and Finish stages
Internal Invoices for approval from Director Production on Daily Basis
Leather Purchase Anylisis Report For CEO
Pre-costing of Samples and Orders in hand
Monthly Analysis of cost and any variation from previous month discuss with chief technician
Chemical consumption Report against orders in hand
Maintain all records related to costing for each production material
External Invoices For Head Office
Leather Store finalize on quarterly basis
Compare Our profit & loss in Export Monthly Basis
Accounts:-
01-Daily Basis:
Check purchase invoices of chemical & general items, vouchers & approved Director
Posting all types of vouchers(Cash.Bank, Journal)into accounting software
Receiving bills from suppliers agauinst credit purchase
preparation of suppliers payments against credit purchase
changing rates of chemicals and furnis oil for costing
Maintain the waste sale record in system
Maintain of suppliers purchase and its reconciliation with manual supliers ledger
Sale tax record maintain for sale tax return
Involve daily outdoor workers i-e Bank, E.O.B.I, Social security Etc
Reconcile manual and system software daily basis
02-Monthly Basis:
Salary detail for bank transfer on monthly basis
Reconcile Banking transacitions with bank statment on monthly basis
03-Yearly Basis:
Employees income tax return and Deposit to income tax office
Conduct Stock taking of chemical, General & Leather Stores with Chartered Accountant
