PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Supervising and monitoring construction to ensure the structure is built in accordance with the construction drawings and contract.
Handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities, aesthetics & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
Managing resources to perform engineering, scheduling & construction activities in cost effective manner and resolving architectural and service-related problems in projects nearing completion.
Preparing specifications, bill of items in consultation with the client and the estimate department.
Administering the construction of projects as per plans/drawings, budgets & time constrains.
Issuing the construction documents & drawings to the contractor, for successful completion of the project as per the client’s belief.
Specifying the materials to be used in the construction and applying for building and resource consents & also advising clients on building procedures and costs & other building consultants and contractors.
CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT
Evaluating & executing the contracting works.
Co-ordinating among consultants, contractors and clients.
SITE MANAGEMENT
Examining the proposed project site.
Supervising on-site construction activities to ensure the operations are carried out smoothly and resources are effectively utilized to maximize the output.
Visiting the site regularly, during the course of construction to check proper implementation of design and drawings.
Preparing and reviewing of Method Statements and Work Specific Quality Control Plans.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Coordinating with structural, mechanical/ electrical engineers, quantity surveyors & other service consultants.
Supervising team of architects/interior designers working on various projects and resolving bottlenecks.
Monitoring preparation of detailed drawings of project for successful completion.
