● Use information systems and prepare reports and statistics for internal and external use.
● Participating in the development of future information systems.
● Review property listings; attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
● Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
