Meeting with Communications & Works department and Contractor on contractual matters as per General and Particular Conditions of Contract FIDIC (Volume-I).
Discussion with site staff on Construction Drawings (Volume-III) and detail drawings (Volume-IV) of the project to solve all the ambiguities/confusion in drawing.
Planning of Project Schedule/Activities with the given Timelines to achieve the target goal.
Quality Control and Quality assurance has been maintained as per applicable international codes of BS & ASTM and ISO 9001 Manual of NESPAK.
Coordinate with design and site offices for different matters as and when required.
Appraisal / Response of Contracts related matters referred to by different sites.
Representing company at different forums and meetings related to projects.
Preparation of Project presentations for different forums.
Preparation of Bidding / Tender Documents for Building projects including Conditions of Contract, Technical Specs., BOQ's etc.,
Checking / Vetting of Escalation / De Escalation and other Claims submitted by Contractors.
Attend meetings and discuss project details with clients, contractors, asset owners and stakeholders
Full scale and half scale test and working pile were supervised as per standards and drawings.
Frequent site visits to oversee various activities including with regards to deep foundation.
Ensure construction of sub structure that comprised pile foundations as per Construction drawings with strict adherence to quality requirements.
Supervision of Infrastructure works, which includes JRCP Roads network, combined Pipe Lines Network and buildings at project
