• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

• Establish targets, KPI’S, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Comply with the company’s Corporate Code of Conduct.
• Familiarize yourself with the company values and model desired behaviors.
• Perform tasks as directed by the Managing Director in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.
