• Preparing accident/incident reports if any happened on route.
• Preparing drivers and buses according to the schedule.
• Arranging drivers if any driver failed to reach on time according to schedule.
• Collecting information from drivers such as total collection, running kilometer, total fuel filled.
• Collecting details for the bus mechanical fault from driver and hand over to the mechanic.
• Preparing daily operation report and submiting to the supervisor

• Collecting revenues collected by the driver.
• Preparing cash details and separating according to it denominations.
• Depositing cash at bank.
• Issuing tickets to the passenger.
• Collecting taxes and issuing them grace period.
• Issuing monthly pass to the passenger.
• Providing information to the passenger about the bus timings.
• Preparing Daily Business Report and reporting to the supervisor.
