• Collaborating with our ACE US counterpart about shipment bookings/planning to ensure of precise lead time at the right place and at the right time.
• Leading in handling Dangerous Goods (Hazardous Materials) orders from importing and exporting.
• Monitors and leads effort to attain higher rates of compliance to improve compliance rates.
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain Manager in assessing trade-offs and making decisions that optimize the supply chain to reduce costs and improve value generated for the overall business through application of key supply chain standard terms definition, formulas and activities.
• Collaborating with our 3dr Party Logistics to optimizes warehousing activities such as product handling, storage, and value added service, cross-docking, loading, and packaging of material and WH design/operations.
• Coordinates with the warehouse operations and planning department to maintain accurate and on time delivery of the items to the stores.
• Over all in charge - replenishment of stocks (local and Import) by checking the daily auto replenishment from the system (SAP).
• Leading the team in creating PO’s/DO’s for additional stocks requested by stores based on the demands and space allocations.
• Directing the procurement team for reconciling the received invoice against the raised Purchase Order, then follow-up the shipment’s arrival notice and/or any shipments reschedule and follow-up the shipment’s invoice and verify the detailed charges against our agreed contract with our 3PL.
• Leading in processing the claims to the vendors for any shortages and damages incurred from the shipment via email and ensuring to get the credit note.
• In charge for providing analysis, govern processes, procedure, tools and metrics to ensure that all products are manually allocated to all stores during promotional period.
• In-charge for product availability, run inventory reconciliations and investigate any inventory discrepancies to ensure all promotional stock is correctly allocated
• Directing proactively with functional teams such as sales, marketing and operations, responsibilities include identifying variances based upon historical performance and expected future activities of products, and planning inventory needs for future demand.
• Analyzing and optimizing inventory at each distribution hub, ensuring the highest levels of available stock for a given customer service-level target.
• Reviewing/Analyzing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Utilizing internal replenishment systems tools and processes to ensure product movements are moved accurately per “Customer demand”
• Planning and organizing promotional meetings to elevate unresolved supply planning issues, provide inputs and execute follow-up activities.
• Interpreting KPI’s and uses judgment to steer business decisions and supply chain strategies.
• Collaborates with Procurement Team and relevant business counterparts to resolve out of stocks or stock shortage situation before the promotion starts.
• Interacting with buyers, marketing, and logistics teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Leading regular review of replenishment parameters for advising any changes to the Master Data Team
