- Provide timely in-airline and on-wing support on Thales IFE and connectivity system.
- Provide maintenance recommendation to the line team.
- Work closely with Thales IFE Technical Support team on all technical issues related to IFE system
(System failures, Network issues, Fiber optic issues…).

- Provide system support in terms of : Software & Content upgrades, In-service fault finding and diagnosis, Carry out corrective actions, Entry-into-service support, Fly-along support, Retrofits
- Coordinate with other departments to promote awareness and training on security protocols.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain policies and standards for information technology-related
controls.
- Design audits of computer systems to ensure operational security and protection from attack.
- Oversee and monitor routine administration of the information security department.
- Web/Email technical support, research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Web/Email hosting services planning, managing, and solutions.
- Assist with planning projects, projects documentation, and to ensure all commitments are met in accordance with the goals and objectives of the projects.
- Collect projects’ materials and create website structures and plans.
- Quality assurance.
