• Manage users financial limits in systems
• Process system access requests

• Managing the Staff Attendance lateness and absences for all Staff in the bank.
• Monitoring all Staff status under probationary period and renewal of contract of employment.
• Responsible for all Staff business card requests.
• Preparing / Designing organization chart for each department.
• Support to Relationship Manager for all operational and administrative matters in Human Capital.
Handling all visa requests for all Staff
Scheduling/monitoring summer training at Human Resources department
Processing/Accounting all government fees thru SADAD online.
• Assist in the Management of Government relations function to ensure that all Human government transactions are processed effectively and efficiently
