o Help in Developing projects Management Plan with management team
and preparing required documents.
o Prepare financial and progress reports and communicate information
about these to relevant stakeholder.
o Communicate requirements to relevant departments and employees to
keep progress on track.
o Communicate requirement to subcontractor with progress status and
approved change needed.
o Study individual risks and overall risk in project and communicate with
relevant Stakeholders.
o Track Risks trend with Risks Woner and provide risk status reports.
