- I work as a Zone Supervisor (team leader) for Four Tech Maintenance, one of the field maintenance outsources company work for MTN Sudan in western area. My main duties are include the operation a 24 hours Service, to ensure prompt and efficient maintenance service and quick response to the defects and sudden failures in the Network.
- Installation and commissioning of HUAWEI Microwave Transmission System such as RTN (910, 950, 980) using web LCT U 2000 and Fiber Transmission such as OSN (500, 1500) Using I manger web LCT U 2000.
- Installation and commissioning of ZTE Microwave Transmission System such as ZXMW NR 8250 and Fiber Transmission such as ZXMP S 200 Using E300.
- Execute all required configuration and operational tasks on BSC.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic health checks to identify Potential problems.
- VSAT Configuration and Maintenance Trouble Shooting.
- Maintenance and Trouble Shooting of HUAWEI BTS 3900 Using BTSM software.
- Perform direct supervision on a group of maintenance staff such as technicians, foremen, and trainee and guide them technically and administratively to perform their roles and ensure the achievement of the high degree of reliability, availability of facilities, system and equipment.
- Perform the new configuration for new systems and do proper tests whenever new software, hardware installed in the network.
- Prepare and issue daily and monthly reports that reflecting the day-to-day activities and the monthly statistics as well as an annual report. Also to design and create forms that related to used for the Preventive maintenance operations.
•Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
•Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
•Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
•Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
•Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
•Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
•Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
•Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
•Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
•Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
•Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
•Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Design and execute Electrical Diagrams for Buildings (Offices, Houses, Mosques ... etc).
- Design and execute Basic electrical cabling wirings for lamps, sockets, Fans, plugs and other electrical equipments.
- Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and diagrams to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
- Collect data relating to commercial and residential development, population, and power system interconnection to determine operating efficiency of electrical systems.
- Conduct field surveys and study drawings, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
- Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipments.
- Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Prepare and issue daily and monthly reports that reflecting the day-to-day activities.
- I worked as a Telecom Engineer (Operation and Maintenance Engineer) at the Telecom Department that undertakes Installation, maintenance and repairs of the equipments including spare parts that need to be changed in the Network.
- I have been working in the maintenance of the equipments that are necessary in the transmission systems such as Ericsson equipments. This includes 2G transmission system (ERICSSON RBS 2206 Installation and Commissioning).
- Ericsson TN Microwave Installation and Commissioning.
- Applying Feeder Test by using Site Master Device.
- To supervise a team of Technicians (foremen, electricians, AC technicians and assistances) technically and administratively for the day-to-day activities. This includes the preparation of the spare parts requirements.
