An account cum Sales Executive is to attract the business opportunities to Alliance also its main task is to create business opportunities and also support the company in his financial system.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Understanding the client requirements such as workstations, Office space etc. and then customizing the services as per their needs.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information
• Preparation of Cash / Expenses forecast for monthly.
• Experienced in controlling Debtors & Creditors and preparation of debtors & Creditors Outstanding list and reporting to Management
• Handling Self-Correspondence with all Business Clients, Suppliers and Banks
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to Infinity services. Working as part of a dedicated sales team, the BDE will have to own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors.
Business Development
• Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
• Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects
• Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
• Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal
• Work closely with colleagues in Infinity services to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell integrated search and affiliate proposition
• Represent at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums and new business events
• Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors

Continually developed an understanding of the company’s culture, products and ethical initiatives and reflected on everyday performance.
Making outbound calls to develop and secure relationships by taking a consultative approach with existing and prospect customers via telephone calls and emails.
Establishing a report, whilst identifying and maximizing sales, by adding value through utilizing cross sales and up selling techniques where appropriate.
Achieve specified key performance indicators around outbound call volumes and revenue levels.
Identify and build potential key accounts and national accounts liaising with the appropriate departments.
Maintaining accurate and up to date records of existing and potential customers.
Diarize and follow up on all potential opportunities to successfully close sales.
Advising customers and potential customers on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Provided management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
