Responsible for overseeing various aspects of projects, including planning, Managing, Supervising, Reporting, and Completion. collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects, monitor and ensure execution of contract work for compliance with design plans, specifications and quality.
-Develop and Review plans, blueprints and designs for existing structure remodeling projects. Supervise site activities, participate in on-site testing and restoration of facilities.
-Review, assist and collaborate with the team in performing technical bid analysis, work execution & completion.
-Testing of soil and materials to determine foundation strength.
-Manage quality assurance and laboratory testing for concreting operations.
-Visually examine materials and structures for signs of corrosion, metal fatigue and cracks.
-Evaluate and report inner structure and flaws by preparing scaled diagrams pinpointing defects. Preparation of Reports
Job Responsibilities: Site in-charge for the construction of several residential buildings Responsibilities includes Plan, Coordinate, and Execute site works as scheduled and submit the daily report to the head of the construction department as well as the client. Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity. Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.
