Making Credit Proposal based on Corporate/SME lending products in line with the approved Credit Policy & Local regulatory requirements.
• Developing Credit proposal for review & decision making it will include the completion of Credit Checklist, Collating verification & bureau reports, interaction with process & decision support systems
• Coordination with Corporate/SME Customers for Credit initiation & verification functions.
• Preparation of SME/Commercial Credit Proposals for fresh, renewal, enhancement, realignment, rescheduling & reduction in credit lines.
• Preparation of credit proposal & ensure the entire Corporate/SME Credit approval process for the bank including pre screening, Credit Bureau usage & underwriting process within approved Credit policies.
• Develop MIS to monitor Corporate/SME Credit products performance while maintain control on cost.
• Preparation of financial spreads.
• Preparation of Risk Rating of each customer on the basis of Score Card according to Basel-II frame work.
• Preparation of Credit Memorandum report for credit limits, which covers qualitative & quantitative analysis of the customers.
• Preparation of Credit facilities offer letters.
• CAD Documentations, initiation of Memo for obtaining the CAD Clearance & scrutinized all documentation & securities perfection while submitting the case for CAD including prerequisite documents, control documents, charge documentation, insurance of assets, valuation of mortgage properties, mortgage formalities, pledge management, Hypo of stock verification & insurance as per limit of per party per side limit of each insurance company & limit of approved macadam..
• Preparation of MIS regarding CP expiry status and monitoring of credit portfolio behavior.
• Assists Relationship Manager in credit related issues in the branches as well as internal audit of the department.
