• Responsible of the supplier list
• Contacting & meeting suppliers
• Sending requirements emails and handling the quotations.
• Meet with supplier and requested dep't employee to discuss how the job be performed, terms & conditions.
• Visit the place personally to check the required job
• Prepare comparison of quotations to have an clear understanding of the prices, make sure all quotations are similar & prepare LPO after a successful decision with the manager/supervisor
• Ensure the jobs done perfectly.
• Prepare travel and hotel bookings.
Petty Cash Accounts:
• Responsible to collect all monthly invoices.
• Make sure the invoice is of date, name & VAT.
• Make report of 30 invoices per sheet until end of the month.
• Fill in the category of items & make report of categories.
• Create the monthly analysis for each month.
• Sending salary.
Extra Activity:
Collaborated with Brightpoint Royal Hospital & General Women's Union for Emirati Women’s Day 2017 event.
• Participated in organising Breast Cancer Awareness 2018 event
