includes Supervision of all hydraulics, Plumbing, Fire protection & Suppression Systems under Residential & Facilities (74061) Area comprise of more than 3000 Villas & High Tech Buildings. It also involves day-to-day customer dealings & their satisfaction.
•Providing technical support and leadership in area(s) of assigned responsibility including material selection, structural requirements, tolerances, aesthetics, and testing.
•Planning, directing and controlling engineering effort directly related to assigned projects, including establishing program criteria, planning and scheduling.
•Assisting other departments in preparation of manuals and sales literature on assigned projects.
•Supervising work of assigned resources including internal or external contractors.
•Ability to perform job functions in a safe manner.
•Successfully complete all safety training required by the time constraints set by governmental regulations under ISO standards.
•Monitoring, Installation, Maintenance & Repairing of all kinds of Hydraulics Pumps
•Monitoring, Installation, Maintenance & Repairing of all kinds of Vaccum Pumps, Compressors.
•Monitoring, Installation, Maintenance & Repairing of existing hydraulic units and assembly of new units.
•Preparing the Documentations & evaluations of all Problems Reported
•Carry out the preventive Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and Trouble Shooting of all Rotating Equipments (Pumps, Compressors, Gear Box, Agitator)
•Follows Un schedule & PM Schedules (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly
Projects: PAF Base Peshawar, PAF Base Sargodha, PAF Base Kamra & PAF Base Karachi
18 year of Experience in the field of Mechanical Equipments in Pakistan Air force at different projects & handled following roles & responsibilities:
•Mechanical Equipment schedules, Installation, maintenance, removal & repairing it 1st, 2nd & 4th line maintenance
•Schedule & Un schedule maintenance & trouble shooting of all Mechanical equipments under ISO Standards
•Responsibility of Installation, maintenance & Monitoring of all types of Mechanical equipments
•Inspection & Handling the workshops & ground safety equipments
•Coordinate with various departments in order to prevent/correct nonconformities
•Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
•Monitors installed equipment and work with outside hardware/software vendors to troubleshoot problems
•Implement, conduct and coordinate the smooth operation, repair, maintenance, and expansion of all systems
•Ensuring the QAQC standards
•Daily, Weekly, Monthly & yearly checking & reporting of all the equipments under ISO standards
