Key Responsibility
 Reporting to Facilities Manager
 Delegate appropriately duties and responsibilities to equip and resource employee, and
developing them whilst ensuring the standards of operation and safety maintained by the subcontractor
 Monitoring and controlling consumption of cleaning supplies, devise methods for optimal
usage of cleaning supplies.
 Conducting regular inspections of office exe-office, food court, parking area (internal and
external areas) exit and entrance to the mall, walk Way and pavements, water feature, sky
light glass ( internal and external ), façade cleaning, Treatment of floor whenever necessary
(eg. Protection of floor) Deep cleaning Schedule, cleaning of the areas during the events public
area ensuring standards of cleanness maintain detail times.
 Examining inventory of equipment’s and maintenance of the cleaning equipment’s as
required
 Coordinating with Maintenance department for general maintenance toilets, prayer rooms
Public area, water feature, offices Etc.......
 Laying down service standards regarding cleanliness, and maintenance in public area, and
ensure adherence to these.
 conducting training sections for team member sandal so developing departmental trainers in
association with training department and oversee all training activities within the
department
 Conducts annual performance appraisals providing honest and appropriate feedback.
 Provide employees with the information needed to perform their job effectively.
 Weekend Duty Manager
 Follow up month training plan with Assistants, and Cleaning controllers.
 Maintaining high level of standards attention to detail.
 One to one meeting and yearly appraisal
 Waste Management areas. Daily follow up, To Maintain the cleaning of the waste rooms.
 Monitor Hauling of garbage compactor by the sub -contractor and maintain the daily record.
 Recycle of used oil, wooden pallets, empty Cartons etc.
 Manage Daily cleaning of the shops, as per the contract.
