- Responsible for Trade Payables, Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable using
(iScala).
- Prepare payments, and respond to all vendor inquiries, analyzing financial information and
summarizing financial status & Assist in monthly financial statement closings.
- Responsible for Vendor receivables.
-SO approval of all the vendors on a daily basis. All the price support program must be validated
while approving the SO (reseller, support value, qty, validity, etc.)
-Maintain Vendor Sellout & Inventory Accuracy Report Quarter Wise Monitor.
- Managing cost division in the company ( Rehab city - Madinaty city - Emtidad Rehab city )
• Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
• Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
• Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts, preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
