sheets.
Raising Sales invoices, credit notes, customer’s monthly statements.
Allocation of sales receipts against customer’s accounts on Sage Line 50 and excel spread sheets. Processing purchase invoices, supplier’s statements reconciliation, dealing with suppliers invoice queries & purchase orders using Sage Line 50 and Excel spread sheets.
Cheque payment to pay suppliers.
Maintain filing system, date wise and alphabetical order.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly journals, (prepayment, accruals, fixed assets).
Submission of quarterly VAT return to HMRC.
Entering data for Purchase Invoice in Purchase Ledger. Entering data for Sales Invoices in Sales Ledger. Working on regular Bank Reconciliations.
Maintaining filing system chronologically.
Assisting in preparation of monthly accounts.
