Brief of Major duties and responsibilities:

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. Ensure that the financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the company’s short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, President, and members of the executive management team, along with feasibility studies for new capital expenditure using IRR, BEP and NPV methodologies.

Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the group.
6.
Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
7. .Successfully implemented ERP system SAP Business One (GL, AR, AP & FA modules) and Foodics POS system.

Joined the company as Accounts Manager & subsequently promoted as Financial Controller, then Sr. Financial Controller.

1.Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet Foundation goals for finance.
2.Supervising the timely financial reporting of the Foundation and its associates/subsidiaries for quarterly reviews and annual audits including accounting and consolidations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
3.Budget & budgetary control - Prepare long range financial forecasts by working collaboratively with other management team members, Lead the effort in the planning and preparation of the annual budget, Regularly monitor and work closely with management in taking timely action to ensure that budgets and financial plans stay within approved levels.
4.Monitoring internal controls, profitability, financial and business analysis and coordination of business segment budgets and forecasts.
5.Successfully implemented ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (GL, AR, AP, FA & CM modules) and its related management reporter.

Joined the company as chief accountant & subsequently promoted as Financial Manager.

1.Developed and implemented monthly management information system (MIS) across the group to provide critical performance analysis of the holding company and its associates/subsidiaries.
2.Supervising the timely financial reporting of the holding company and its associates/subsidiaries for quarterly reviews and annual audits including accounting and consolidations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
3.Implemented the system of long term business plans, budgeting and forecasting across the group and performance analysis against these budgets.
4. Negotiate and obtain credit lines from banks and financial institutions in order to meet the funded and non-funded requirements of the company and plan and implement the optimum utilization of funds.
5.Monitoring internal controls, profitability, financial and business analysis and coordination of business segment budgets and forecasts.
