Main Responsibility: I was responsible and heavily involved in the development/implementation process of the IT infrastructure for a global TELCO client (Tele2/SFR) carrying the "Nomad solution" which focuses on getting rid of IT waste that affects customer service, customer growth and launch of new services.
Customized and aligned Tele2/SFR's requirements with the SOA-based solution executing various IT challenges such as billing, CRM, number portability for mobile/landlines, payment services, credit rating services, etc., work as stand-alone functions and not as business processes.
