Publicly presents the Etihad Airways with the media & external constituency groups including community, governmental & private organization, & build excitement for Etihad Airways mission.
Supports Etihad Airways director in overseeing & developing corporate governance, polices to comply with the company.
Highlighted & mitigate risks and exposure.
Represents the Etihad Airways with legal inquiries from concerned authorities and to ensure a fully acceptable completion / submission of requested documentation from these parties.
Manage the outsourcing of legal work with agreed guidelines, select & manage law firms & ensure quality and cost effectiveness in their services to the organization.
Evaluated legal impact of key decisions in the events of ambiguous, controversial or conflicting case facts & advice senior management on consequences.
Prepare legal reports in order to ensure that the Etihad Airways legal write are appropriately represented.
Verifies conducted legal research as requested by Etihad Airways to preserve the company best legal interest.
Represents the Etihad Airways at complex external / internal legal commencements, litigation /arbitration, as need be to ensure the appropriate conveyance of company message or point of view.
