Responsibilities:
• Inspections of boreholes works (drilling, sample collection, sample classification, onsite tests, and
laboratory tests) as per specifications.
• Coordinate site works with the design office & Write reports.
1. Welcoming of Pilgrims Project in Madinah Phase1, Saudi Arabia. The project includes 10 different buildings
to facilitate & organize the Pilgrims coming from Makkah, this building are governmental, Jawazat cabins, Mosque
and bus station.
Responsibilities:
• Measure civil & finishing works as per shop drawings and design drawings .
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Prepare subcontractors invoices .
• Prepare project invoices and follow up the payment with the project consultant.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction works to adjust the quantity table.
• Order and track construction materials to the project & Write reports.
• Review method statements, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Supervising all concrete pouring work in the site.
• Attend to contractor’s RFI, technical and design queries and coordinate responses.
• Coordinate design changes on site and ensure that design is followed through..
• Conduct daily site walk-through and inspection to identify anomalies and/or construction defects.
• Ensuring that all construction activities meet quality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the standards.
• Supervision of Infrastructure works, Culverts, installation pipe lines, duct bank.
• Manage the geotechnical works to ensure proper quality control and that the work performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Supervise Deep foundations - piles and diaphragm walls (Pile implementation and tests, Shoring) as per specifications and design drawing.
• Making all required pile tests as per specifications.
• Inspections of boreholes works (drilling, sample collection, sample classification, onsite tests, and laboratory tests) as per specifications.
• Excavation and backfilling works inspections.
• Carry out daily inspections activities as per project specifications, method statement, inspection test plan and engineering judgment.
• Preparing daily reports, testing and inspections.
• Comparing shop drawings with design drawings to avoid any mistakes.
• Monitor work schedules and control critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site work.
• Prepare material receiving reports for civil works materials.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Ensuring that the work meets the requirements of the project specification, budget & time scale.
• Checking technical designs and shop drawings to make sure that the work followed correctly.
