Job Profile:
Supervise all activities at the site to confirm the work with approved drawing.
Optimize resource utilization and provide the project team with technical instructions (according to the specifications).
Follow-up with consultant in obtaining submittals approvals. And preparing consultant and municipality inspections and MEP clearance.
Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
Prepare the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates and make sure that the work is done at the required time
Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed and preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
Job Profile:
Conduct feasibility studies for projects/ offered contracts, estimates and pricing prior to drafting and negotiating
contracts
Maintain regular interaction with suppliers and subcontractors based on business as well as operational requirements
Define/ implement strategies for enhancing revenue generation and accomplishing business objectives
Guide team members in implementing organizational policies and procedures in day to day business transactions
Generate awareness on various statutory requirements to team members
Optimize resource utilization and streamline processes for enhancing operational efficiency
