stakeholders inquires.
 Preparing frequent bank reconciliations, plus managing petty cash transactions.
 Maintaining the company’s Pledge Shares, a table that is held as security for facilities taken
like overdraft and loans.
 Preparing and sending monthly payroll and posting all related payroll transactions, such as
monthly deductions.
 Making monthly adjustments for accrual and prepaid accounts, such as rent and software
services.
 Assisting in budget preparation; maintain periodic fixed assets treatment like depreciation
and disposal.
 Assessing, with the Finance Manager, the finalisation of the periodical accounts.
