My duties include:
Managing and supporting the finance team.
Providing accurate financial information to colleagues and senior managers.
Identifying areas for cost cutting and improvements.
Ensuring that all financial controls for the division are met and adhered to at all times.
Giving advice, guidance and support on all financial matters to the company’s directors
Reviewing and approving all policies and procedures for the finance function and variances.
Identifying the potential for cost reductions through efficient and effective management.
Negotiating contracts with different vendors, as well as agreements with financial institutions
and other credit agencies, in consultation with the General Manager for the financial
requirement of the company.
Analysing financial data and producing periodic financial reports.
Liaising with the company's internal and external auditors, as well answering their auditing
points

My duties included:
Developing and implementing audit plans of internal business processes and general
controls
Conducting an Audit of the revenue and financial expenditures of the bank, collecting the
audit working papers to proof the audit comments and finally documenting the audit working
papers.
Position: Banker & Accountant, Dhofar Bank
My duties included:
Recording and documenting daily transactions such as receipts and payments; plus
stakeholders inquires.
Preparing frequent bank reconciliations, plus managing petty cash transactions.
Maintaining the company’s Pledge Shares, a table that is held as security for facilities taken
like overdraft and loans.
Preparing and sending monthly payroll and posting all related payroll transactions, such as
monthly deductions.
Making monthly adjustments for accrual and prepaid accounts, such as rent and software
services.
Assisting in budget preparation; maintain periodic fixed assets treatment like depreciation
and disposal.
Assessing, with the Finance Manager, the finalisation of the periodical accounts.
