Responsible for ensure sustainability growth of the product penetration in the specified market segment and achieve desired quota of the company by developing competitive product roadmap. This includes working closely with marketing to obtain the market research, developing the product/service go to market and sales team to help promoting the product in terms of product knowledge.
• Design and develop the product specifications and features in line with standards and market requirements.
• Develop concept document for new product ideas.
• Daily meeting to get the status from development and QA team regarding the progress of the product/project sprint.
• Identify the risks and challenges during the development cycle of the product.
• Reflect the customer requirements into Product Specification document before submitting this to development team.
• Adhere to Agile project management process in releasing new product releases.
• Track the bugs/product backlog items using Team Foundation Server Software.
• Perform demos presentations with prospect clients where required.
• Assist in coordinating user group meetings to raise product awareness & achieve other marketing goals.
• Partnership Management
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Update and coordinate customers on specific product development & enhancement efforts.
• Handling pre-sales activities such as presentation, Q&A, site visit for key projects or clients
• Travel when required on road shows/ product launch.
Provides SWIFT Alliance Access/Entry technical consultancy for Banks in regional area.
Integration between SWIFT Alliance and Back office application .
Configure SWIFT products software on Windows and Unix operating Systems.
Implementation of Projects and provides customers with status reports.
Put standard for implementing SWIFT solutions on our regional Service Bureau.
Configure the SWIFT Alliance Gateway for the Service Bureau system.
Implantation of Reconciliation System provided from Smartstream Company.
Integration between TLM reconciliation system and SWIFT Alliance.
Project manager for EN TLM on demand service.
Cash Account reconciliation (Nostro, Vostro account ) and Exception management.
Implementing of Compliance and AML products integrated with SAA.
Give training for Bank staff and conducting demos for customers.

Provides Technical support for commercial banks on SWIFT FIN Copy.
Integration between SWIFT Alliance Access and RTGS through IBM MQ Series.
Configure FileAct/SWIFT browse Service over SWIFT Alliance Gateway .
Set technical Specifications for hosting Servers.
Support the Electronic Check Clearing (ECC) System.
Set standards for On Line Monitoring System over Leased Line Network.
