• Meeting with stake holders, Professors, Deans from schools, University and library’s for identifying the needs of the clients.
• Supplying printed books and digital books from different publishers to university, schools, education institutions, public libraries and UAE government
• Encouraging for the contracts with institutions for long term benefits
• Overseeing and managing team deliverables for medium to large scale events
• Manage client deliverables
• Maintain computerized customer and prospect database.
• Superior customer relationship management skills. Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with end user and decision makers.
• Follow-up with publishers regarding quotation, orders supplies and other relevant matters.
• Coordinating the book fair like Abu Dhabi book fair, Sharjah Book fair, Special Library Association and organizing book events, including organizing talks, signing sections.
• Handle all the logistics matters like sea and air shipments from UK and USA.
• Complete coordination with freight forwarders.
• Daily online correspondence with publishers from Europe, UK, USA and Asia.
• Managed all the queries and orders received from International Customers.
• Handled all credit claim matters.
• Preparing various reports as per requirement of higher management.
• Dealing & Negotiating with International customers
