Following the weekly plan reports and preparing the production release reports, Fabrication fitting release reports and scrap release reports. Preparing the KPI's reports, Internal reports, External reports and the material checklist reports.
Perform the required tests according to non-destructive testing (NDT) methods:
(DPT, MPT, UT, VT) for finding surface and non-surface defects in steel and iron pipes and plates after welding works. Dimensional inspection of steel and iron pipelines following the provided standards. Preparing the welding inspection reports, Inspection checklist. Preparing the health and safety instructions in Saudi Aramco Loop Pipeline QUAD‐2 56" Project in Qurayyah. Preparing the work unit rate (WUR), Summary invoice, Timesheet schedule, Notification reports and Completion reports for contract release purchase order (CRPO) in Saudi Aramco General Maintenance of Operation Pipeline (GMOOP) Project in Ras-Tanura.
Inspection Fundamentals Specialization. Diploma as Non-destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection. Inspection Technology and Quality Assurance National Institute (ITQAN).
