Review of Technical Proposals requirements as per the Invitaon to Bid Documents and related contract specificaons, drawings, etc. Establish the overall index of the whole Technical Proposal and review it . Establish the overall strategy and approach to the preparaon of the Technical Proposal. Establish split of responsibilies between ourselves and our partner/client and reviewing it, to issuing split of responsibilies to involved pares. Lead Technical Proposal discussions during bid evoluon. Aend site visits as needed to become acquainted with site condions and take account of these in the Technical Proposal. Aend clarificaon meengs with Client when required. Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines. Determine that the general specificaons and requirements for bid. Parcipate in idenfying risk elements. Preparaon of Construcon Execuon Plans and the development of the most appropriate construcon method for execung the works. Communicaon with other Departments to get necessary Support. All other dues as relevant to the post.
