Responsibilities:
• Managing transactions and projects.
• Leading market efforts to secure new clients.
• Supervising junior team members.
• Participating in private placement activities.
• Communicating directly with all working parties and regulatory bodies including the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, and the Ministry of Finance.
• Writing and reviewing prospectuses, proposals, memorandums, and teasers.

• Attending top management meetings with potential and current clients (CEO & CFO level).

• Transaction manager for a merger and acquisition (M&A) transaction of a listed company in the multi-investments sector (on-going).
• Transaction manager for a private placement transaction of a Bahraini company in the education sector (on-going).
• Transaction manager for a private placement transaction of a company in the multi-investment sector (on-going).
• Team member in an initial public offering (IPO) transaction for a company in the education sector (on-going).
• Team member in a rights issue (RI) transaction for a holding company in the agriculture and food industries sector (on-going).
Responsibilities:
• Participate in prospectuses, proposals, memorandums, teasers, and business plans write-ups.
• Provide assistance to the CEO, senior managers and managers on daily basis.
• Analyze the financial performance and prepare financial valuation reports.
• Participate in the development of electronic models used in analysis and valuation tasks.
• Lead market efforts to secure new clients.
• Provide support to investment meetings and other offering activities.
• Attend top management meetings with CMA officials, potential and current clients (CEO & CFO level).
• Maintain communication channels with all working parties and regulatory bodies.
Selected Transactions:
• Team member in a rights issue (RI) transaction for a company in the insurance industry.
• Team member in an initial public offering (IPO) transaction for a company in the retail sector.
• Team member in a private placement transaction for a leading Kuwaiti food company.
• Team member in private placement transactions for companies in different sectors including retail sector, sugar refining, and real estate development.
• Team member in diagnostic study transactions for a group of companies.
• Team member in feasibility study transactions for companies in the environment protection industry and the multi-investments sector.
Responsibilities:
• Joined Sales Support team through visiting & following-up with clients.
• Issued some reports related to the department.
• Involved in the committee of Non-Lending segment meetings.
• Involved in updating official documents project.
Achievement:
• An “outstanding” performance evaluation (done by the regional head of Cash Management) for the training period.
