• Participate in prospectuses, proposals, memorandums, teasers, and business plans write-ups.
• Provide assistance to the CEO, senior managers and managers on daily basis.
• Analyze the financial performance and prepare financial valuation reports.
• Participate in the development of electronic models used in analysis and valuation tasks.
• Lead market efforts to secure new clients.
• Provide support to investment meetings and other offering activities.
