Manage planning and monitoring of scope, WBS, deliverables, milestones, required resources, multi-level scheduling, baselines, risks, quality assurance, budget, revenue, and change procedures of TETRA Projects of the customers Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior and their agencies.
Manage improvement of PMO processes.
Manage the interactions within internal and external partners including customers, subcontractors and suppliers, and coordinate with them to come up with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound) project plans, and their effective execution.
Coordinate with customer’s PMO to integrate our project plans into their PMO system
Communicate project status with stakeholders
Ensure all project documents including the lessons learned are safely archived
Execute monthly financial review in coordination with the finance department
1- Build Project Management Office PMO in Jeraisy Co:
Within a work team my responsibility was as follows:
A. Development of a methodology for project management throughout project life cycle describing project management processes and procedures step by step starting from initiating phase up to closing phase through planning, executing and monitoring and controlling phases according to the Project Management Institute PMI standard with respect to the special culture and environment in the Arabic regions.
B. Development of templates for the processes.
C. Utilization of the web based solution of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (MS-EPM) for enforcement of the developed methodology.
D. PMO team member for auditing and supporting project managers with best practices for defining project scope statements and work breakdown structure, budget calculations, schedule estimating, planning for resource procurements (human & materials), managing project team, preventing conflicts & solving them if happen, planning for quality & for risks, monitoring & controlling, reporting to different levels, stakeholder satisfaction especially of customers, deliverable handover to customers, project closure, contract closure, and others.
E. Providing sessions on PMI project management methodology to project managers to prepare them for the PMP exam.
F. Analyzing business process and providing suggestions to the top management for improvements.
2- Manage projects in telecommunication, networking and database for different customers like Saudi Telecom Company (STC), Etihad Atheeb Telecom Company (EATC), Saudi Post Organization (SPO), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), and Ministry of Interior Border Guard (MOI-BG)
