I am Responsible for the power system study using ETAP Software which included load flow, short circuit, motor starting, system protection co-ordination and arc flash analysis to evaluate the adequacy of existing system & the selected ratings of new distribution system components to be added.
- Studying the overall integrity of the power system using a computer program called ETAP
(Electrical Transient Analyzer Program).

Assigned as an electrical Design Engineer on Detail/Conceptual Design for submission to the proponent for construction or Issued for Bid package, insuring all design requirements are completed and met.
Responsible for the power system study using ETAP which included, load flow studies, short circuit analysis, system protection co-ordination, and other electrical calculations including cable and transformer sizing, grounding, cathodic protection, equipment specifications and scope of work. Also, I have taken three elective courses which are EE 462 (Electric Machines), EE 463(Power System Analysis) and EE 466 (Power System Protection).
