Carry out all plan inspections as per intervention points marked in relevent ITP.
Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has approved quailty control
procedure and inspection test plan (ITP).
Record the inspection status in the inspection test request (ITR).
Closely mointor site of inspection for LPG gas tanks activity to ensure quailty of
work.
Perform ultrasonic test of tanks with TG110DL technology and write thereport of
thickness ultrasonic test.
Analyze the thickness measurment points and decided according to ASME viii
code and API510 Standard if the tank out of service or it’s in good condition and
write the report to safer company.
Verify that all testing procedures have been approved and are on site. Confirm
testing parameters are duly recorded and testing equipment is calibrated.
Provide daily engineering support to Operations and Maintenance sector.
Assist with any other duties as and when required.
Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood
In-charge of all the maintenance operations ( budgeting, planning, execution, spares procurement)
Maintenance (Preventive, curative, Planned, Breakdown) of all the OEM and non-OEM equipment of Primary Processing Department.
Preparation of maintenance plans & execution of all kinds of machine maintenance activities
Develop & maintain system for maintenance documentation & record keeping of maintenance activities.
Propose & Execute improvements in machines regarding to its performance
Lead projects focused on commissioning of new equipment from start to end (receiving, planning, design, execution)
Spare parts planning and ensure all critical spares are available. Collaborate with vendors to acquire services/products
Identify & improve plant safety through identification & elimination of workplace & environmental hazards. Maintain compliance with OHSAS 14001 & 18001 standards
Lead team of 3 mechanical technicians, train them & ensure maximum working efficiency and utilization of workforce
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits
Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Compile lists describing product or service offerings
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Travelling to places which required engineering analysis and installing system to reflecting the problems and possible solutions
study the potential of market for new courses and make seggustions about new course which is benefit for engineering as well i make report about the risk which probably we will face
